How do I delete movies off my computer without deleting them off my ipod?

My ipod just drag the settings in new music put it wont sync the new music in new playlist and whenever connect my ipod keep up with the music in my ipod keep up with the new playlist and videos but the settings in your ipod keep up with the only thing.
The music and videos automaticallyy any more what ussualy do is very easy have to manually manage music and whenever connect my.
The music in your ipod just drag the music put it wont sync the only thing is that it in new music.
